Terms and Conditions
This will be a virtual event via the artist’s Zoom webinar platform.
Session will last for approximately two hours. Creativity will commence at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 12, 2021.
All supplies for creating an 11×14 inch canvas masterPEACE per person will be provided by At Peace Arts. At Peace Arts will ship all boxes to all artists. Client will supply an Excel Spreadsheet detailing addresses. Spreadsheet will be deleted after painting kit has been shipped.
An amended invoice with shipping cost will be sent prior to shipping painting kits.
A group picture (screenshot) will be taken at the end of the event to commemorate our time together!
Final payment for corporate events are due no less than 2 weeks prior to the party. Cancellation or modifications to the party numbers must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event for a full refund. Modifications after this date are at the artist’s discretion. Registration charges for sessions not cancelled two weeks in advance will not be refunded.
